Be a Good Hearted Human

Be a Good Hearted Human

Today is the day to simplify your health. It is important to have a good heart; a good-hearted person is a person that is willing to be kind to others, even when the going is tough at times.

So is the same with our physical heart. We eat food that is unhealthy because of a faster paced day. We have more sedentary jobs now than was the case years behind. More stress, less sleep. Is your heart a good one? Only your physician can truly tell you. Ask your physician how to improve & maintain good heart health and to get a good exercise program for you.

Today start a program of walking or doing light exercising for 10 to 15 minutes a day, go slow and build up your heart. Your heart will say thanks by giving you more energy so you can enjoy the days of your golden years.

Having a good heart benefits the whole body. It pumps oxygen to the brain too. You might think clearer then. It gives your muscles oxygen, and this oxygen helps your muscles, so you can tone and stretch them for easier movement. Your heart, it also is a muscle too and needs a workout so it can pump better, which can lower blood pressure and even help with swollen ankles some.

For menopausal women exercising can help your cardiovascular health and ease the symptoms of it as well.  Watch this video from  Healthnation.com for information on menopause.

So, get up and just move, even walk in place for those 10 minutes a day to give you energy and help you to work on being a good-hearted human. A healthy life simplifies and betters your spirits too. So, enjoy becoming stronger and making your life a little easier.
